Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds. This cancellation policy explains the process for canceling or requesting a refund for a product or service purchased via our platform. According to this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be honored if the orders have already been communicated to the sellers or merchants listed on the platform, and they have started the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the product at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team. Your request will be considered once the seller or merchant listed on the platform has inspected and confirmed the issue on their end. This should be reported within 5 days of receiving the products.
  • If you believe the product you received does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 10 days of receipt. The customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
  • In the event of complaints about products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct your issue to the manufacturer.
  • If Built approves any refunds, it will take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed and sent to you.
  • Refunds will be credited to the beneficiary’s bank account within 5 to 7 days at Builtcloth.
